Square Canopy Pipe and Drape Kit

I ordered a square canopy pipe and drape kit in late December, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The order was not completed until March 16 Today — nearly three months later. Since this purchase was made using church funds, the long delay created challenges for our event planning. During the process I had to follow up multiple times about missing pieces (uprights and crossbars). At one point the vendor actually created a shipping label while I was on the phone with them, which made the tracking situation even more confusing. Because of the long delay, I missed an event and had to rely heavily on my existing equipment, causing additional wear and tear. While the hardware itself appears usable now that everything finally arrived, the fulfillment process and communication made this a very difficult purchasing experience. I would strongly recommend ordering from a supplier with more reliable shipping if you need equipment for time-sensitive events.
