Crochet Pattern: The Heartwood Bag

The end product is so cute!!!! I’m making this for a Ren faire and I just finished the base bag and I am about to add the decorative elements but it took no time to work up. I wouldnt reccomend this to brand new beginner because even with the additional notes, I could see some aspects being more challenging. I’ve been crocheting for 7 years and my only issue was not reading all the notes (entirely my fault) and missing a step or two but the pattern is well written and I think anyone who has been crocheting for a while could whip this up so fast. Definitely a great project for an advanced beginner to intermediate and the pattern is very descriptive. I tweaked a few parts of the pattern to make the bag look more realistic and added a lining for extra sturdiness but this was so fun to make and I highly recconmend making a stump bag for yourself!
