I ordered an outfit for a birthday event, and it arrived after the date I needed it — making the purchase pointless. When I reached out about a refund, I was told delivery times are "out of their control" once the label is created, and that they don't offer refunds due to their store credit policy — only a 15% discount on a future order. I spent over $80 on an item I now have no use for, not to mention did not fit, and being offered a discount on another purchase from a company I don't plan to order from again isn't a resolution. If you're ordering for a time-sensitive event, I'd think twice — there's real risk of being stuck with an item you can't use and no way to get your money back, only credit toward more of the same. This was my first order with She's Spoiled, and it will be my last.

The set is just ok. It is not as advertised. The top is the same but the skirt has a different pattern and layering of the cloth sections.

This outfit is perfect! I learn that this material runs large, I’m 161lbs, 5.3 I had to order this in a size small and it fits me perfectly. The customer service is very friendly. I just did another order from she’s spoiled boutique.
