5 stars to both the pedal and the store! Being a beginner to both violin and electric instruments, I found my DAW to be pretty overwhelming just trying to get a good sounding starting point. This just sounds great off the bat. The differences between the settings are often very subtle, but it now sounds like a violin instead of that metallic choking goose dry sound. The device is nice solid metal, compact, simple controls, and you can plug headphones directly into the line out jack. With a stereo 3.5mm to mono ¼" it sounds amazing. No separate preamp or active pickup needed! (Though I keep hearing wrong notes for some reason.....hmmm) The day after I ordered I got a call from the store, it was Chris making sure it was setup to my liking. He asked if I played other instruments so that the slots wouldnt be taken up by sounds i wouldn't use etc. It arrived quickly with a nice thank you letter and free sticker! 🙂 5 stars
