HAND Remedy - Advanced Hand & Cuticle Butter Cream

Love the product, not the packaging

Easily one of the best hand creams I've ever used. Fragrance free, rich, not greasy, absorbs completely, a dream for my sandpaper-like hands. Like other reviewers, I found the lid very hard to open (had to grab a metal cuticle pusher to pry it open) and the body of the package difficult to squeeze. I can imagine it being more difficult for someone with arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome. Glad to see you're looking into improving the packaging. Curious why it doesn't come in a standard tube. Buying again, though, because the cream is superb!

Love cream not packaging

Please change the packaging. I got mine and I bought that I got an empty one because nothing would come out and I have arthritis hand.. I pressed together and pressed together and it looks so hard to come out. To use that I have to actually open the top and then it’ll come out and then you have to cut it open when you’re almost at the bottom.. PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS SO WE CAN ACTUALLY GET THE CREAM OUT WITH NO DIFFICULTY. Love the hand cream, but not the packaging. It’s terrible.

Great cream, container hard to squeeze

Loved the product. I gave up quickly trying to flip the cap open. Ended up twisting the cap off to access the cream. Additionally, squeezing the cream from the container got harder and harder the more I used it. Not good for someone with weak or arthritic hands. Keep the cream and just use a different container or maybe a jar since it’s so thick.
