Crockpot Replacement

I bought this to replace my crockpot. So far I've only made a chicken bone broth. I'm excited to try the saute function, so that I can brown oxtail or beef shank and then braise them, without having to switch from pan to slow cooker. So far so good!

I am very pleased with this purchase. The crockpot makes an attractive addition to my kitchen, and piece feels high quality. I've made an Irish stew and coconut lentil stew and the results with the slow cooker, braise, and keep warm settings have been excellent. Highly recommend!
