Hello, CristianZeroTre Team, I wanted to share some feedback on my recent purchase of the RUSH BOLD – Natural Rope boots. I absolutely love the comfort, craftsmanship, and overall wear of the shoes — they’re stunning and beautifully designed. However, I received a pair with defective laces and reached out immediately after delivery but haven’t received a response. It’s incredibly disappointing, as I genuinely want to be a long-term, loyal customer of your brand. Could someone please assist with resolving the lace issue?
