Received wrong shoes & Issue never resolved!!!

Very bad experience ordering from your company. Ordered these shoes as a birthday gift for my daughter. The shipping was super quick. Only to open the box and find a pair of black and white shoes. I have been emailing “customer service” for nearly a month to resolve. To no avail!!! Every email I’m informed something new, if anything at all.Proper communication is lacking and there’s no sense of urgency to refund or send the correct shoes. My daughter’s birthday is long over and the last email received offered a measly 20% discount for future use. What an insult!!!

These shoes are very stylish, you can dress up or down .I plan on wearing mine with joggers one day and a stylish dress on another day. Very versatile shoe..if you're thinking about it, don't hesitate, buy them quickly before they sell out.
