I use the mat after gardening and I am laying on the bed reading. I think it helps me to relax and unwind. When I get up and start walking around my legs feel fine, not stiff or hurting.

I'm not sleeping that much better, but maybe in a few weeks. My knees aren't hurting, so that's a huge plus.
