This was genuinely one of the nicest customer service interactions I've had! I bought this as a preorder item (unknowingly), but Nicholas reached out to let me know. They were very helpful and kept me updated during the waiting period as I was expecting an address change in the near future. After stock areived, they re-confirmed my shipping details with me before sending my order out! (I also ended up purchasing the purple and pink versions from them as well bc of how smoothly everything went)
