Dries Van Noten Wool Long Coat

I spent over 300 dollars on an order with three garments. They then sent me an incorrect garment and when I brought it up, the team was nice but they tood me that i was supposed to ship back the item, ignoring the fact that this would take probably an extra week for my order to arrive and they didn’t offer any other choices, they also failed to consider that it was hard for me to get to a post office and the post office is weren’t open when I was available as I’m either at work or school. I hope that they’re able to resolve this issue as shipping it back. It’s just not an option for me.
