Paid a nice price to receive a damaged purse, I think it’s unacceptable to send a customer a scratched purse! The white trim which is painted on was noticeably chipped! Immediately returned, I shouldnt of had to pay to return a damaged purse. Would not recommend ordering online, lesson learned!
