Before I found Mar Mar, I had to rely on a little jars from China to get both that burn and that umami sensation because I just couldn't get it from any of the US companies selling their version. But Mar Mar, especially this version, has it.

This is my second jar. I love it. Its great on veggie burger and Japanese noodles and on my French fries. Its a really good product.
