Great design and the perfect size for my needs. Not waterproof.

Nomad makes great gear built for function. The bag is advertised as waterproof, but if you plan to wash down the bag with a squirt of fresh water after a long day on the big pond, the liner both in the lid and in the main compartment will start to soak through, likely at the seams and or zippers. The material itself is waterproof and appears to be built to last.

Great bag. A little big. A 40-50L bag built with the same exact design would be perfect.
