The Original FlyHugz® Travel Pillow

This product totally supports my neck in all planes of motion. It literally keeps me from "nodding off" and that keeps me from constantly bouncing my neck and head.

I was able to use it recently when I went overseas, I am feeling good using this pillow and able to sleep on the plane nicely. Thank you

Your customer service is non-existant. I called, left a message for a call back, and I emailed you, and I did not receive a reply or help at all. I bought the flyhugz pillow for an international flight. When I ordered it on May 24th, I was promised a 3-7 day delivery. Originally I received an email that the pillow would be delivered on June 1st. It did not arrive on June 1st, so I never got to use it. I got another email that it was delayed and would not be delivered till after June 10th. It was finally delivered June 18th, after my trip was over, almost 4 weeks after I placed my order!!! On top of that I noticed you charged me an additional $5 for "shipping protection", which I did not request, and it obviously did nothing for me! As far as the pillow goes, I was unable to use it on my trip due to your VERY LATE delivery. I did try it on when I got home, but the way the velcro is stitched on the one side, it rubs my chin wearing it, making it very uncomfortable. I would appreciate a total refund!!!
