This product totally supports my neck in all planes of motion. It literally keeps me from "nodding off" and that keeps me from constantly bouncing my neck and head.

First order took some time to get, but the second with the eye masks came quickly. The agent was very helpful in helping me order the 2nd pillow and 2 masks. Alls good so far
