Honestly excellent for my needs

Honestly, I have been doing DIY for years and had be hesitant to dive into the computer aspect of modern automotive mechanics, so there was and still is a little bit of a learning curve but most of that I getting familiar with the technologies. But between your device and the AI agents available determining unknown problems is far easier that expected. After paying the dealer twice to diagnose the same problem that I already knew from a auto parts store code reader I took the leap of faith on yet another tool. I will likely still avoid newer vehicles as I currently maintain a fleet of late 1990 through 2020. But it is reassuring that I can muddle myself through the process without being at the mercy of dealerships and repair shops.

First real scanner and it works well for me, still a learning curve to get good with it.

Got the job done. Great tool to have when working on vehicles.
