The package was sealed up nicely and the product itself arrived in the box with all official seals. In terms of the actual product, the music box, the battery for the light was included, basic instructions included & the music itself (Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star) is a little off-key. Most importantly, all little parts that you either snap into place, stick in (using a small, round sticky pads pack), sticker and slide in were all included but not very secure. It all comes together as a simple DIY set to the music box but due to the quality of connection of pieces and adhesives, highly fragile. So, may be a quality issue of the actual product itself.
