High quality but needs a latch to hold it closed

The overall size is about right. Beautiful, high-quality leather smells great. It was quite a bit thicker than I imagined, which means it does not close properly. It wants to spring open so I have to put a strong rubber band around it or keep it in a narrow pouch or tight plastic bag to keep it closed. For myself this is a major negative. For this price was expecting a latch. a snap, or magnets to hold the wallet closed. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know, thanks.

Leather was dry with surface cracks along the folds. Not nearly as nice as the $30 wallets you sell. I would not recommend based on my experience, but milage will vary
