Good product, bad service

I received my product and they were no issues with packaging at all. I received my travel sizes and received it earlier than expected. I am confident in your capabilities as a go-to online fragrance retailer to deliver. I can't say the same for gaining my trust. I called customer service for help. I simply asked a question and was retorted with rudeness by the rep. I have never complained in my life about customer service. This will be the first and last time I buy from fragrancelord. I rather deal with lackluster shipment issues than deal with a rude representative again.
