Like top stone. Not traditional and liked drop with stones below. Very comfortable to wear. For those who are not used to this flat design, I veg you to give it a try. I had a problem with one of the earrings and contact customer service and was able to get the problem resolved. I have purchased many earrings from this company of which most of them have been the flat back design. I am living proof that you don’t have to have sight to insert these earrings as I am totally blind. You can definitely feel in your hand when the two pieces come together. I share this information with you as I hope others will give these a try.
