Denim Skorts 🩵 elastic waistband

Waist 35cm half round before stretch & 48-50 cm after stretch Fits ~ hip wise but I need to yank it past my hips as elastic waistband stretches to the max for me I’m 50cm half round (skort waistband ~ one round stretches 100 cm -105 maybe) Might be a little difficult to wear or even pull up for larger hips.
