Love the quality, designs, and customization for all Ivory Paper products. My only suggestion would be to update the anticipated time to ship. This will be my 3rd order in a row where the production time exceeds 14 days, which is totally fine! I like supporting this company and would rather wait for the products than purchase from elsewhere. However, setting appropriate time expectations would be preferred. It would have been nice to receive messages from Ivory Paper about delays versus me contacting customer service for order updates. Thank you!

The notebooks were beautifully packaged and personalized perfectly! I gave them away as gifts at a retreat and the ladies were so excited to get them.
