this is my 4th planner with these guys over the last 4 years and I love them, HOWEVER, the last two years I have had issues that do not get resolved. I have paid the last two years (pay every year) to have the cover personalized with my name and year and it has not happened either time. I have also ordered a month or more in advance of needing my new planner and they still do not arrive in time. I have complained both years and still dont get in time, I also let them know that my personalization did not happen last year and to please get it right this year. did not come personalized again!! they did refund $10 for being late this year which was nice. But I will be looking for a different company next year. Not worth it never arriving on time and not having the year and name on the cover after paying for it.
