⭐️⭐️ Not worth the price & disappointing customer service I really wanted to love Ivory Paper Co., but unfortunately I’m disappointed with both the planners and the customer service. For the price, the planners are honestly pretty basic. I’ve seen much nicer planners for less, and I don’t feel the overall product justifies what I paid. I placed my order in the evening and contacted them the very next morning by both email and Instagram because their website had not allowed me to select the September start date I wanted. It took days for them to respond, and by then I was told my planners were already being created and nothing could be changed. To make matters worse, my order didn’t even include the silver edging I ordered and paid for. When I contacted customer service, I explained that the planners were completely unused and asked if I could simply exchange them. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. They declined and essentially repeated that the planners were already in production when I contacted them, without offering an exchange, store credit, or another reasonable solution. I understand that custom products have policies, but I don’t know how much sooner I could have contacted them than the morning after placing an evening order. If it takes the company several days to respond while the product goes into production, I don’t think the customer should be left with zero options. Between the missing customization I paid for, the slow customer service, the basic quality for the price, and the unwillingness to offer any solution, I would not order again. Unfortunately, there are better planners available for the money
