Golden “EKG” Open Heart Seiko Mod

This watch is actually more beautiful in person. I didn't realize the crown needed to be loosened before i could set the time, but it only took me a few seconds to figure that out. Construction is extremely clean and i dig you can see into the mechanicals of it from the dial and caseback. The heart is positioned and sized nicely such that the balance wheel and pallet fork give an actually good illusion of a beating heart. This is a superbly nice watch
