The Hef — A “Smoking Jacket” Robe

I was a little disappointed after being fashionably late to the party on this one when it was available last round, so when i saw it available again, I jumped on this, as well as a SheRobe for my wife. This is my third DudeRobe set and her first. She is just as thrilled as I am. Highly recommended!

Customer Service Is Terrible / Robe Is Thin and Cheap Looking

I ordered my robes on December 5. Three weeks later I contacted the company to inquire where my shipment was as I wanted this to arrive for Christmas. When I reached out to the company it took over 48 hours for them to get back to me and when they finally got back to me they told me that one of the robes I ordered was out of stock. Interesting! When were you going to tell me that? You had all of my money and didn't bother to update me. You didn't realize that I was also writing you on another email account and another customer service rep stated that my shipment was lost. So what was it? Were you out of one of the robes or was my shipment lost? It can't be both. After putting pressure on your company you agreed to send me two robes. One of which I did not order. And one free one. I did not receive one free one. I received a free hoodie which I did not want. The overall look of the robe is pretty cheap. There is not much weight to it so I am not sure how warm it will keep the recipients. Overall I'm just mostly incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service

Honestly, the robe is fine. I’m not a big fan of the inside. It’s like heavy but still kind of thin. I love the sleeve idea. I love the hood idea. The belt is a little high and it is very overpriced. It a specialty item but it’s a fairer price would be better or little bit better quality than you could I guess justify the price
