Sizing. I measured correctly with their website. It’s huge . Not even close. On top of that, it’s very difficult to get the straps tightened.

You can see & feel the difference in both the harness and your dog.
These are heavier (and much higher quality) than a pet store harness. But these are so well thought out that adjusting them doesn't require any modifications. And they are so well balanced, even our dog with paralyzed hind legs can motor around as fast as ever; less encumbered than a cheap box-store harness.
