I purchased something in store a few days ago. I was bummed at checkout to learn that the return policy only includes store credit or exchanges - no refunds or true returns. I wished to try on the pants & dress with particular shoes and layering items in my closet to build an outfit. I decided it was still worth the purchase, but wish there was flexibility to return the dress (unworn with tags on) as it’s almost winter and doesn’t work with the sweater and tights I would style it with
