Lord Forgive Me (Unstructured)

This is my 5th hat I’ve bought from Aug11 and they have all been absolutely perfect, from fit, to feel, and ruggedness other than this one. Unfortunately the all black “Lord Forgive Me” hat came creased and smushed. It doesn’t have near the structure that the other hats have and does not look or feel like it should. I love the color combo and the logos and and all that but won’t wear it because it looks weird since it’s creased and has no structure to it in the front. I’d love another one that is correct because it would be one of if not my favorite hat to wear. Love all your other products!
