The refrigerator arrived without wheels. This is the third refrigerator I’ve purchased from this company, and all the previous ones came with wheels. I understand that this detail was mentioned at the bottom of the product description, but since I’ve bought the exact same model twice before, I didn’t feel the need to recheck every detail — I already knew what I was ordering. Before shipping, a manager called me, but she also didn’t mention that this unit would come without wheels. Without wheels, the refrigerator is extremely difficult to move. When the delivery driver unloaded it in the middle of the street, I had no way to move it. I ended up spending the entire day searching for compatible wheels in other stores and dealing with this issue instead of simply using the product as expected. This was a very frustrating experience, especially given my previous positive purchases with your company.
