I had high hopes...

...and this light exceeded them. The first thing you notice is it's physically well built - feels robust. If I dropped it I'd fear for the floor. Light output and quality is great and a big upgrade from my previous solution. I had read about some other customers having issues with the app but I didn't have any immediate problems and setup was easy. I did run into a small problem a few days after it was up and running but we quickly discovered that I was just doing something silly. Because I had that issue it gave me a chance to engage with the support team. They did a really great job to quickly get me on track and didn't make me feel bad about bothering them something I shouldn't have. So we have a good product on the physical, and software side. It does what it's supposed to do - produce good light that makes your tank/corals look great. And if you run into an issue they are actually there for you to help. I don't know what else you could ask for.
