I mix it with my jocko greens and it doesn't change the flavor or consistency. One thing I definitely notice is my nails have always been weak and I have been taking it for over 2 months and they are noticeably way stronger.

Great product, but. . .
I wanted to love this. The ingredients are great, however, I'm allergic to something in this. I'm not sure if it's the grass that's fed to the beef or what, but couldn't take it for more than 2 days due to allergic reaction. ☹️
