Lily of the Valley Earrings

The earrings arrived damaged. The metal had gouges and scratchs all over. I was extremely disappointed in the quality and when i reached out to the owner, she just sent me an AI generated response informing me that the numerous gouges and scratches were a “fingerprint of something truly handmade” and wanted to charge me to return them. They were very clearly handled with no care in the manufacturing process and looked incredibly damaged and cheap. I would never order from this company again since the owner doesnt do through quality control and is happy to send out incredibly damaged product.
