Excellent and timely service. i only replaced the drain plug o ring unit is still leaking. Now i know why you sent the kit. i will replace the remaining ones today. Thank you for the excellent service.

Stuff happens

Received my new vacuum pump and noticed oil mist smoke coming from the top left corner of the pump casing. I figured that the o-ring must have been damaged during assembly and ordered a replacement. The guys saw my order and immediately removed the charge for the o-ring kit. I replaced the o-ring when the kit arrived and have had zero issues since.
