Smells and customer service 100%

First the secent is amazing. If it's like the others I have ordered it should last between 8-10 hrs on skin. There are no weird opening notes or anything like that. So my order arrived and like a kid with a new toy i wanted to use it..So I did 😂. I noticed some floaters in the juice and immediately contacted customer service. Like before MAKNZ had a clear answer as to why and told me to keep an eye on it.
