Lenoria Pumpkin Seed Oil Capsules

BUYER BEWARE There are not enough bad things I can say about this company, especially Emma the customer service representative. They signed me up for a subscription, which I did not sign myself up for, and continually sent bottles every month and charged me. I asked for instructions on how to return the bottles because I like to spend my money the way I want to and not let a company spend my money. I followed their instructions to the letter. Return the four bottles of product as Emma directed me to. When I requested information on when my refund would happen, she said we only refund for damaged bottles. So they now have the four bottles and the money I spent for the four bottles.

I’m requesting a refund or replacement from Lenoria. All of the gel tablets were stuck together. I managed to get them out of the bottle in one big clump. Thinking that i could salvage them i started pulling them apart only to have several bust. I sent a email to Lenoria customer service but have not heard from them yet. If this issue is not rectified in a timely manner. I will be canceling my subscription.

Horrible company, if you ask them to stop subscribtion by email, they say have to go to portal, which is very Difficult to find where to stop subscription.
