I bought the T-shirt as a gift. I’m aware that the sizing tends to run a bit small, as it’s not the first time I’ve bought your products. However, when my friend tried it on, it ended up being too small. When I tried to exchange it, the process was a bit complicated and also quite expensive. I also found that some information about the exchange process was missing, which made it harder for me to complete it. As a customer, that part of the experience was a bit frustrating. I completely understand that you’re not a large brand and that covering the costs of all returns or exchanges may be challenging. However, from my perspective as a buyer, the overall experience was that I bought the T-shirt, received the replacement about a month later, and still had to pay €10 for shipping. I just wanted to share this feedback in case it’s helpful for improving the customer experience in the future.
