Absolutely perfect for the airport! Amazing customer service

Absolutely perfect for the airport! We attached it to our buggy, which made navigating security and travelling so much easier. The customer service was incredible too. After receiving an order update with an estimated delivery date that was unfortunately after we were due to go on holiday, I emailed to ask whether I could pay extra for express shipping. I quickly received a response reassuring me that my order would arrive before our holiday at no additional cost and it did! I also asked whether any sunflower lanyards were available, and one was kindly included in my order free of charge. As a parent of children with additional needs, it meant so much to feel genuinely supported and understood. The service was exemplary from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our grandsons adaptive buggy. Sometimes it’s difficult to expect others to understand however these tags are a great way to help explain.
