Terrible experience with the online store, never got the shoes

I ordered the shoes, they sent a UPS tracking label saying it would take 5-7 days, which was fine. a week later, they hadn't even given the shoes to UPS. I had to email customer service, they apologized, but still didn't ship the shoes. After 2 weeks of back-and-forth, I asked for a refund, which is still pending. Too bad, the shoes look great, but the company left a bad taste...will go with a trusted brand like Nike N7...it least we'll get the shoes.

Colorway was beautiful but if you have a wide foot this shoe is not compatible, even with a half inch increase. Im sure it will work better for those with narrow feet
