Impressive customer service!

My experience with Pacagen has been remarkable. I received notification that my monthly order was being packed and shipped but did not see the messages during my day at work. I responded later in the day that I still had a refill and wanted to suspend this shipping. In a matter of minutes (really!) I had the response that my order was cancelled, my payment refunded, and that the company would wait to hear when I wanted the order restarted. Finicky Cats

I have allergies to feline dander and the Pacagen spray helps me a BUNCH!! So Thank You! But one thing I noticed is that when I spray Sheba's cat tree and sometimes Sock's cat tree, too, they won't come near it that day. They love jumping on their tree like a trampoline, so that behavior is strange. And it only happens for a day or so after I spray. I can't tell if there's an odor - chemical or flower - but their olfactories are more sensitive than mine, so are they smelling the spray???

I’m convinced

My son’s friends weren’t able to come over to our house to play because of their allergies to the cats. I have a 17 year old and twin 1 year olds. They came over today and were able to stay and play. I’m going to order the powder and see if that works better.
