An absolute game changer for traveling triathletes
I’ve been debating pulling the trigger on this backpack for a while, and after finally getting it, my only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner.
I use it primarily for work travel while also trying to train, so I need to carry a laptop, work essentials, and a ridiculous amount of triathlon gear. This backpack has completely changed how easy that is.
The 35L capacity is impressive, but what really sets it apart is how intelligently the space is organized. I can fit my laptop, helmet, cycling shoes, running shoes, clothes for each discipline, swim jammers, cap, goggles, sunglasses, and all the other little things I need—and somehow everything still has a place.
The labeled pockets are fantastic. The laptop is easy to access, travel documents are exactly where you want them, and the dedicated eyewear storage is a small detail that makes a huge difference. Every pocket feels intentionally designed rather than simply added to the bag. It maximizes the space and makes finding what you need incredibly easy.
That’s a huge improvement over every backpack I’ve owned previously, which basically amounted to one giant pocket where you throw everything in, plus a laptop sleeve. Those bags technically carried a lot, but finding anything was a nightmare.
The carrying comfort is also excellent. Even when loaded with a full complement of work and training gear, the weight feels evenly distributed and the backpack feels almost like an extension of your shoulders rather than something hanging off your back.
The price is definitely premium, but in my opinion the premium quality and thoughtful design more than justify it. For a traveling triathlete, especially someone trying to combine work travel with training, this takes one more logistical headache out of the equation.
If you travel with a lot of gear and want to make getting from the airport to the hotel to your workout as painless as possible, I highly recommend this backpack.
I wish I had bought it sooner.
