They really do hold baby fine hair!!! Especially in the summer I pull my hair up to get cooler; I wanted something to hold my long, thin, baby fine hair up off my neck - the Flexi Sport really does keep it up without slipping!!! They do NOT pull hair out!!! I initially just bought one; this time I bought most of the colors I wanted and 2 others as presents!!!
