MY FAVORITE SKIRT EVER

I cannot rave enough about this skirt! It is the perfect skirt for layering or to feel like a fairy. It's lightweight, the tulle is not scratchy, it flows beautiful, you can twirl in it, need I go on? It is perfect for pairing with tops that are off white/cream and great for layering under dresses/skirts when you just want a little more poof or warmth! There is an inner layer which feels very soft and comfortable on my legs. Definitely SIZE UP esp if you are on the higher end of your usual size. The waist band is not elastic. I'm usually XL and got 0XL because of the reviews and they were correct. 0XL is just slightly too loose BUT it's perfect for after a meal when it'll fit just right without discomfort.
