Twerk & Booty (EN)

I really liked the warm-up, but I would have preferred if every lesson would have been a one complete video (with a counting clock in the corner). It is quite hard to do the exercise with full power, observe correct technique, keep your eye on the clock/count the times, and also mentally motivate yourself.
