When I got the order only one glass had arrived when I ordered two - which is fine, accidents happen! I sent off an email and got the speediest reply and a staff member personally dropped the second glass herself!! Not only this, they noticed I hadn’t used a promotion for a free glass on their website when I ordered so a cute surprise glass was given to me when the order was dropped off!!
