I have used mattress warmens for years and have always wanted warmer feet without warmer upper body. This is my first BWARM purchased and I am totally pleased, especially with the two zone heating. I used to wake with too much torso heat and turn the warmer off and an hour later wake cold and turn things back on. NO MORE!!! I have figured out the settings on the BWARM heater and sleep through the night. I also appreciate the set and forget feature, I simply turn the unit on and the settings are there from the last ussage. No more turn on and reset the temp.

I am satisfied with the mattress pad and it does exactly what I need it to do. I just wish the controls were wireless so I didn't need to contend with the controls in bed or near by. Not very convenient. And the plug for the pad is at the head of the pad which my hand hits occasionally and awakens me. I would be much better at the foot of the pad where the fitted part turns under. The heated areas are as advertised. Except for the plug and controls I am very satisfied with this mattress pad heater.
