Did even get passed the first part of assembly without an issue. Surprised to find this is a folding bike. Did not come preassembled with the accessories as was explained to me by customer service on the phone. The key component latch that locks the folding pieces together has a latch piece that does not slide at all due to either malformed slot for the tumbler hardware to engage the latch or damaged during transit. Now i'm stuck with a mess in the room it was unboxed in unable to continue assembly. You think if you're going to pay $2k+ for a FOLDING ebike the integral part of it functioning safely while in motion would be something quality controlled and checked. What a joke.
