My first eBike...impressed with it on my first 11 mile ride on streets, sidewalks, Arizona dirt and rock roads and a few sort of technical dips and hills. In my mid 50's, now seeing I can go further in comfort and still get my exercise....Well put together bike from start. Only 11 miles but comfortable bike and impressed with it.

Putting the bike together took a solid couple hours. I charged the battery as I put it together. I took it out for a test ride and today I took it on a trail ride for about 12 miles. The bike is smooth, although the kick stand makes noise as it bounces around from the bumps. I love the power in the front and back wheel. I can get up some long steep hillsthat I was unsure if I’d make it up. I’m very impressed with the bike. I am 6 ft 4 and 250 lbs. the suspension smooths everything out with me on it. I do wish I could get the seat and handlebars up higher for street riding but I wouldn’t wantthem higher while trail riding because my center of gravity would be up as high as a giraffe. I am loving this bike!

I’ve had this bike for over a month now, and I’m very disappointed. The throttle and pedal assist only worked once after about three days of troubleshooting. As soon as I powered the bike off and back on, they stopped working again - and haven’t worked since. Customer support has been difficult to deal with due to their response hours (typically between 11 PM and 4:30 AM MT), which means every troubleshooting step takes at least a full day to move forward. So far, I’ve exchanged over 40 emails with them. They’ve sent me replacement parts, including the mainline and the controller, but these arrived weeks apart. I’ve had to repeatedly flip and work on this 95 lb bike, which is physically demanding and honestly exhausting. To make matters worse, the first instructional video they sent for the mainline wasn’t even for my model, which led me to take apart the wrong sections before they later provided a correct video. I’ve requested a replacement bike multiple times. Instead, I was told that if I would “cooperate,” they wanted to continue troubleshooting - this was after dozens of emails already. I agreed because I just want a working bike, but even after replacing the controller, the issue still isn’t fixed. Now, over a month later and 40+ emails in, I’m still dealing with the same problem. At this point, I’ve again requested either a replacement or a full refund. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with a more established brand or purchased from a local bike shop. Trying to save money here has cost me a lot of time, effort, and physical strain.
