The product itself was good quality as usual. Packaging changed to a more unattractive version, personally. Disappointed that the delivery was through the Amazon company's distribution center.

This tea does not taste as it has in the past 10 or 15 years. The leaves, or part of the leaves are smaller, they are broken up. The tea lacks flavor, is bitter and has a month feel of tannin. If I brew the tea for less time it is weak and it has less flavor. As I've mentioned before since you have dropped Ceylon and Oolong I am leaving the English Tea store after 25 years. The Assam I purchased was not the same as in the past. I can only assume you've changed sources and they are poor. Goodbye, what used to be my old Tea friend. When I look at your webpage I see mostly teas mixed with flowers or flavors. Not real tea. And yet you drop Ceylon and Oolong!

Disappointed consumers

Well the tea is good but the service is not good. Poor communication and I tried to use my discount when paying for the order and it didn’t go through! The wait time for delivery is longer and longer! When I did receive the order I found that you are not packaging the tea in the resealable bags anymore!! The new vacuum sealed bag is cheaper for you and more difficult for us consumers to keep fresh!! You are failing to make the relationship with the consumer better! Instead you are going cheap and not helpful!! I’ll find another source for my tea!!
